At Yoga Jawn, we design community experiences that help people fall back in love with movement. From our Sunday morning yoga flows at Sunset Cliffs to seasonal yoga classes at The Flower Fields in Carlsbad, every gathering is rooted in connection—within ourselves and with each other. You’ll also find me guiding new moms through mindful movement at The New Mom School in Liberty Station and leading private classes and special events that bring wellness and joy to life all across San Diego.

Start your Sunday with movement, breath, and ocean views. Join us for outdoor yoga on Sunset Cliffs every Sunday morning at 9 AM or 11 AM. These all-levels classes are free to attend and open to everyone. Donations are always welcome if you're able, but never required.
