Wedding Yoga

Are you planning a wedding? Yes? How are you doing with it? Do you need a place to find your breath and come back to yourself? Well look no further, I got you. 

As someone who planned 3 weddings with my husband, I understand first hand how much yoga can help in the process. When everyone else wants a piece of you and is offering you the millionth piece of unsolicited advice, yoga can be a safe space for you to just be. 

I offer several different yoga packages for brides, grooms and wedding parties as listed below. If there is something you need and cant find it, send me a message and we will work it out. I will do my best to be the least stressful part of your wedding prep process. San Diego Based but will travel.

Morning of the Wedding Yoga $250 up to 15 people for 70 minutes

The planning is done. You have done everything you can and now its time to marry the love of your life. The best way to get in the zone to start your new family is to take up some space on your yoga mat. I will come to where ever you prefer or find a studio space for us to practice either one on one or with up to 15 people of your choosing. Leading up to the day I will check in with you to see where you are with planning and emotions. We will set up a class according to your needs and make sure that you have a happy peaceful yoga mind heading into your big day. (Have more than 15 people? Not a worry, email me and we can chat!)

Bachelorette or Bachelor Party Pre-Game $250 up to 15 people for 60 minutes

The first thing that comes to mind for most people when they think of a bachelorette or bachelor party is wild and crazy partying, and while that may be on the agenda, that doesn't mean you cant find a little zen before you get going for the night or weekend. I will get in touch with whoever it is that is planning your big event to see what kind of yoga is needed for the night. This class is customizable with location, playlist, length of time and intensity. Let me know what you need to get ready for a night of fun and we will make it work. Options available to travel to many locations in Southern California with a travel surcharge. (Las Vegas available as well, everyone loves Vegas!)
